The earlier you schedule, the better. While truck assignments happen closer to your move, it’s best to provide four to six weeks’ notice for better chances of meeting your preferred delivery dates. Standard services require flexibility with pickup and delivery dates, but we will do our best to match your preferred schedule

It would be more accurate to say that a moving company is registered. For example, Best Price Moving has been issued a certificate of authority by the federal government to move household goods among any of the 48 states. As a motor carrier, Best Price has maintained a certificate of authority with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) since July 18, 1997.

Our agent will conduct a pre-move survey of your household goods to estimate the moving cost based on the weight. This visual survey is necessary for an accurate estimate, which will be provided as an Estimate/Order for Service at no charge. Keep in mind, the final cost for interstate moves depends on the actual weight, distance, and services required.

Due to the large volume of relocations we perform at our moving company, we require a 15% deposit to reserve your slot on our schedule. At the time of deposit we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. At the time of pickup 50% of the total remaining balance must be collected by either cash, certified check, or postal money order.
